Revadim Forum is developing social leadership in Israeli
tech, working to harness human and technological
capital from the tech industry to cope with the social,
economic and governance challenges in Israel.
Revadim Forum, part of the One Hundred Initiative, is a community of Israeli tech entrepreneurs and leaders. The forum’s mission is to cultivate leadership and social responsibility within the Israeli tech ecosystem, encouraging the tech sector to become more engaged, take action for the common good and create social and public platforms to facilitate the resolution of Israel’s core challenges.
We want the Israeli tech sector to become a driver of hope, generating value for everyone in Israeli society and helping lead the effort to solve the social and political challenges the country is facing.
Deeply rooted in Israeli society, the Israeli tech sector must exist in community and in solidarity with it.
The Israeli tech sector must enter a strategic partnership with civil society and the public sector and use its broad range of resources to change Israeli life for the better.
Social responsibility – tech entrepreneurs have a duty to set an example by promoting social and national change.
Israeli fellowship and solidarity – the tech industry is an integral part of Israeli society. As such, it must become more involved and cultivate a sense of belonging and shared ownership.
Equal opportunities and social mobility – the tech industry will open its doors to Israel’s diverse population, become a driving force for creating a fairer, more just Israeli society and use its resources to help Israeli society reach the full extent of its vast potential.
Engagement and altruism – the tech industry must get involved, engage with the challenges Israel is facing, and invest its time, knowledge and profits for the common good.
Statism and love of Israel – the tech industry must join the effort to close the rifts in Israeli society and solidify the common ground between the groups within it.
The One Hundred Journey aims to connect Israeli tech entrepreneurs with the challenges of Israeli society. A group of tech entrepreneurs embarks on a six-month-long eye-opening journey into the diverse fabric of Israeli society.
On their journey, the participants will become familiar with all the layers of Israeli society, travel to fascinating places across the country, meet with high-ranking civil servants and politicians and learn about the complexities and challenges of our society. The group will consider and discuss solutions to help us all and make our lives here easier and better.
At the end of the journey, the participants will become the leaders of Revadim Forum, where they will continue to take part in the development of technological and non-technological solutions for the challenges faced by Israeli society.
Revadim Forum is part of the One Hundred Initiative—a politically independent civil society organization that seeks to confront the crises afflicting Israeli politics and society by advancing a comprehensive centrist agenda that meets the needs of our present moment. The initiative is a partnership between senior figures from Israel’s tech industry, business sector, public sector and third sector, and seeks to be a home for fresh ideas, policies and leadership that will shape a new Israeli paradigm.
